We are a sushi izakaya that has been operating for 27 years. Open from 5 pm to 10 pm from Monday to Thursday and from 5 pm to 10:30 pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
Working hours are from 10:30 to 2:30 pm, 2 hours break, and then 5 pm to 10pm.
2days off a week
Currently, two sushi chefs are operating with two kitchen chefs.
Requirements
-Communication with other members and with the servers is important
-People who can enjoy work
-Hygiene management knowledge and enthusiasm for cooking
-Experienced Japanese cooking
-People who can speak Japanese are given preferential treatment.
